MODEL: TC-108 PABX / PBX 1 line 8 Telephone Exchange System

Caller ID  - Caller ID Function is equipped for this TC-108. It is compatible in most countries with this service. Caller ID can pass through to any ringing extension phone.

This 1 x 8 PABX System is fully meet your indoor Tele-communication requirement for SOHO. It has the feature of Automatic Attendant that can enable the callers connect to the specified Extension Line number. 

  It is very simple for everyone to use this TC-108 that you just connect it to your Telephone Line, plug the AC Cord into the AC power socket and plug in your standard DTMF telephones. The factory default settings should allow you to use the system immediately.

            Important: You must specify AC110/120V or AC220/240V that you need!

1. Outside connections                                              

When connecting outside, you need do nothing but dial a number, also you can use the ¡§recall¡¨ key. You do not feel that you were using an extension. And you need not admonish any other one to dial special numbers first.

2. Distinct avert-seize-line function

When you dial a wrong number or when you meet a busy signal, you can dial again in 2 seconds (the green signal not crushing out), and other extensions did not effect yours.

Note: Even the costly import telephone exchange has not this function.

3. Computer extension connections

When a connection coming from outside, the computers afford a guide sound (digital recording word ) and ask for an extension number. If no extension number enter, the extensions ring by turn or the extension on duty ring only.

4. Digital recording for Automatic Attendant

The user can record his own telephone operator guide word (8 seconds), it  can be applied to different languages all over the world.

5. Record monitoring

The user can monitor the effect after recording.

6. Manual connection

In this state , when a phone call comes from outside, the extensions ring by turn or the assigned extension on duty ring.

7. Muti-transferring and auto-correcting

When a phone call  comes from outside, extension  A can transmit to extension B, and B can transmit to C, the times  is not restricted. It does not matter if you dial a wrong number at transmitting, you just need to enter a right number again. After hearing a waiting signal, the first extension can hang up, and the circuit will not break (outside line hearing a waiting signal during this period ).

Correction: If transmitting to a wrong extension, the user just need enter a right number again (so do here-in-after).

8. Three people talk on the telephone

When an extension response a phone call from the outside, it can call another extension to take part in the talking. One of the two extensions can  abscond at any time and does not influence the other¡¦s talking.

9. Responsiveness during no answer

When a telephone call coming from the outside, extension A can transmit signal's extension B after answer , if nobody receives when extension  B rings six times, every extension will automatically rings in turn to keep on signals..

10. The inside talking

Extensions can call each other without the EXIT, so talking is free charge.

11. The inside  facsimile

More than one facsimile equipment can be connect inside. The facsimile can be transmitted without telemarketing, so the work efficiency can increase.

12. The priority of the EXIT

When talking are going on between two extensions, one extension of them can dial ¡§*¡¨ and its numbers (1-8) connect to the outside, the other will break automatically.

13. The outside telephone bustles to break the inside talking

If an outside telephone call comes when inside talking is going on, the sound of ¡§du-¡§ can be heard three times which bustling to break the inside talking. When one extension breaks, the other can connect the outside.

14. Secret talking

When any one extension is calling, the others can not wiretap.

15 Assigned extension  blanks off exit

Each extension can be locked to blank from the outside.

16. Assigned extension¡¦s  communication terminal

Each extension can be confined to the terminals with the numbers of 0~9.

17. Limitation of talking time

Time of talking through each extension is limited in twelve minutes, or  extension would break automatically. This function appeals speaker to make a long story short, also it can avoid the case that the charge is paid without talking because of not hanging up well after a telephone call.

18. Secretary function

(1) call by proxy: Your secretary may make an outside connection first, then transfer to your extension.

(2) Ask for transference: When the outside connection need transferring or use secretary functions, the first extensions hold up until other extension take up the hand and set to talk, at the same time the outside caller hear a waiting signal. When one of the extensions hangs up, the other can talk with the outside caller.

19. Bug and alarm function

(1) If outside line is stolen to connect, the telephone exchange will send a strong disturbance signal to arrest the dialling and connecting (at this time every extension can hear the stealing  hint sound).

(2) When talking is going on between two extensions, exit is embezzled by somebody, the exchange can also send a strong disturbance signal to outside (at this time every extension can hear the stealing hint sound ),  When the embezzler hang up, the extension with small number occupied EXIT immediately.

20. The prevention of wiretapping

If someone taps when talking is going on between one extension and the outside, the signals of ¡§du-du¡¨ can be sent to the extension. And the extension can warn taper directly against his illegal behaviour immediately.

21. Use without EXIT

The telephone exchanger series can be used as the inside exchange without EXIT(having identical dialling signal, waiting signal, busy signal and so on).

22. The No.1 extension is still working during power failure

The No.1 extension can link up exit to assure communication during power failure, so as not to stop communication.

23. Programming function

(1) avoiding disturbance: when a telephone call comes from the outside, the extension which has set up avoiding disturbance doesn¡¦t  ring.

(2)setting the extension on duty : the extension which hasn¡¦t set up avoiding disturbance is on duty.

(3) computer operator or manual exchange: different user can select computer or manual exchange.

(4) Delete bug: bug can be deleted.

(5) setting up FAX interface: an extension can be  set  FAX interface, if nobody receives a call from outside, and the FAX can be connected.

(6) altering the time of FAX delay: the initial delay time is 4 rings, according to the user, it can be set to 2-4 rings.

(7) restoring initial setting: user can restore the initial setting  .

24. Reserving time of setting during power failure ( power failure memory ).

If using programming function to alter the setting, the last setting can berets for 40 years.

25. Shielding signal

When an extension is operating special function (  for example #54*????# ), it may be at odds the number of the calling extension. In order to avoiding conflicting , user can press ¡§*5¡¨ firstly (don¡¦t hang up). After hearing dialling signal, he can operate special function.
